ABOUT YOUR COACH

hey, i'm kiera, and I'm on a mission to change how women approach fitness

My desire to become a health and fitness coach started a long time ago but self doubt was a massive road block for me. Throughout my teens and early twenties, I struggled pretty badly with food, and body image, and put my body through a lot - disordered eating, overexercising, burnout, anxiety, binge eating, low self confidence, being overweight, being underweight... I've honestly struggled through it all.

Throughout all of that though, I fell in love with training. The feeling of accomplishment I get after a tough session is hard to find elsewhere. Over the years, I’ve been able to work on healing my relationship with food and my body, which is one of the main objectives I have as a coach.

I want women to feel strong and accomplished in their training, rather than just ticking off the box of going to the gym because they think it’s something they have to do to get their 'dream body'. I want to help women achieve their physique goals while also maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

Seeing women go from feeling anxious about the gym and hating their body, to loving their training and wearing that outfit they've always shied away from, empowers me and gives me so much purpose as a coach!
